The matter of copyright is crucial. It is not clear, that we do know when we deal in
the elcetronic media. It is not clear because distribution on the WWW is fast and
without boundries. By the nature of being on the web it is shareable. Take for example
a newspaper. It is shared: one reads it discards it and someone else picks it up to
read it. By copyright laws only the purchaser of that paper is to be the reader, and
yet that paper is shared. Fair Use allows for educational uses, which are also
unclear. Take the Kinko's case
of the of
1991 and of 1996.
